For the first time, Sintratec is also offering a nesting function as an extension of its own Sintratec Central Software. With a single click, the imported 3D objects are analysed by the algorithm and optimally placed within the cylindrical printing area of the Sintratec S2 system. Users can choose between different configurations, for example, to achieve the highest packing density or the desired orientation of the components. The Sintratec Nester not only performs these calculations significantly faster in direct comparison to previous market leaders, but also sets new standards in terms of density.
