The speed of the Form 4L / Form 4BL builds upon Formlabs‘ new Low Force Display™ technology, a powerful printing system consisting of high-performance LEDs, collimating lenses, optical filters, and a stable liquid crystal display. These assemblies work together to enable rapid curing of individual resin layers, irrespective of the size and quantity of parts. By maintaining tight tolerances, the Form 4L consistently delivers parts that meet your design parameters, regardless of the resin used, with high repeatability.

Post-processing & Options

Formlabs intends to launch the Washer and Cure system in 2021. Until the launch, we offer systems recommended by Formlabs.

The two post-processing systems automate the manufacturing process and improve the properties of your components.

Form Wash L

All SLA 3D printed parts must be washed to remove excess resin residue.

The Form Wash L automates this process, ensuring your parts are cleaned evenly and achieve a smooth, clean finish.

Form Cure L

The Form Cure L V2 uses two 500W heating elements and powerful UV lamps.

In conjunction with the reflective interior and the rotating turntable, the system enables uniform and high-intensity curing of components.

3Dokuteam Commissioning

The setup will take place either at your premises or online via video call.

From the outset, you will receive the necessary guidance to work with your 3D printer. You will learn the basics and functions of the printer, as well as the most important fundamental features of the 3D software.

This is how you can easily and safely create your first objects and also receive helpful tips and tricks to get started.
